Edgewood Tahoe Resort, Stateline

My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were big, modern, and clean, offering a comfortable stay with a cozy fireplace. However, the service had its ups and downs, with some instances of kindness and helpfulness but also some significant waiting time that affected our plans. The location, overlooking the golf course and Lake Tahoe, was stunning and picture-perfect, giving a luxurious feel to the stay. The dining experience had its delicious moments but also lacked communication on special occasions. Overall, a stay with highlights and low points.

Upon arrival, I was captivated by the stunning view from the reception area, leading to our lovely yet snug room. However, the room felt a bit cramped for our group of four, and the balcony only had seating for two, which limited our outdoor relaxation space. The hotel is a gem in terms of location, overlooking a picturesque golf course and lake, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service, unfortunately, had its lows, like being left waiting in the cold for our car for 45 minutes on the first morning, though the friendly and courteous front desk staff managed to elevate the overall experience. The dining options fell short of expectations, with limited choices and occasional communication issues regarding menu items. Despite some shortcomings, I did appreciate the modern facilities available on site.
